Whether you’re preserving wedding day magic or marking a special celebration, we’ll take care of every detail so all you have to do is relive the love, again and again.

BOOK YOUR DATE

The first and most important step is securing your date. I would recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as we are in high demand all year round. Please enquire further information to check your date status and if we have availability.

SEND YOUR FLOWERS

If you're shipping your flowers to us, please use overnight or next-day delivery within 1–2 days after your event. We also accept local drop-offs at our Merthyr Tydfil studio, Monday–Saturday, 12–5pm. Please refer to our expert shipping guide before sending.

Receive your invoice

Once we have communicated and collaborated with each other about what you desire to have made from your special blooms we will send you a finalised invoice which needs to be paid before the design process.

LET THE MAGIC HAPPEN

This is the last stage where I don’t need any information from you and you can let the artist flow really take place. There are many elements to this stage which include; Design, pouring resin in layers, sanding, colour enhancing, reconstruction of flowers, polishing & finishing touches.

At this stage your special keepsakes are ready to go to their forever homes. You will be contacted with postage instructions to get them back to you safely or if you need local collection.

As a growing company we are always looking for way to bring our turnover times at the very minimal.

After such success in the flower preservation industry and in high demand our turnover time ranges between 7-12 months.

We do offer an early Completion fee of £100 if you wish to have your order back much quicker.

We require a £25 deposit to reserve your date as we only accept limited amount of arrangements on a weekly basis. Please fill out our enquiry form on the website to book your date in.

Absolutely! You can make slight changes to your order until the invoice has been paid. However, every flower is tailored to your choice of preservation. For example if you ordered a resin item and then wanted to change to a pressed option this would not be possible after the drying process has taken place.

Fresh flowers are recommended to be with us 1-3 days after the event for the best possible outcome. Your flower will preserve how we receive them so it’s best to get them to us while they are as fresh as possible.


We are located in South Wales, Merthyr Tydfil.

After booking your date in with a £25 deposit. This will be taken off your final order invoice. An invoice will be sent as soon as you finalise your order with us & your flowers are in drying. We will not go ahead on to the next stages of the process until your invoice has been paid in full.

Resin: The resin process is slightly different to pressed our drying technique is the best on the market with holding the flower shape and colour. We do offer colour correction if a bloom has drastically changed in the drying process (this usually happens with tropical blooms).

Pressed: Every flower will change shape when being pressed they get deconstructed to be reconstructed into a frame. We use a traditional press to press flowers some flowers will hold colour much better than others as we are working with nature. For the final look of the frame every pressed frame gets colour corrected as accurately as possible to match to how they came in. This is the natural aging process of flowers.

This will depend of the size of your order, we will always preserve more than we need and always pick out the best flowers from your bouquet. However, depending on your order we will preserve most but not all of your bouquet.

Absolutely! We can encase other things into your preservation such as; jewellery, bouquet ribbon, hair pieces, photographs, invitations, charms, hair, ashes etc. Anything that doesn’t hold moisture can be encased into resin.

Any updates on orders please send us a message directly where we will respond promptly. We are very active on socials and we usually do updates via our stories.

Our current turnaround time for flower preservation is 8-12 months. While we are a growing company we try to reduce this as much as possible without rushing your precious blooms.
Ash preservation is 4-6 weeks

You sure can, please contact us if you would like to add to your current order. We will do our best to fulfil your desire to add items on.

Absolutely, send us a message/email and we will check our availability for you. 80% of the time we can take last minute orders. Weddings are a hectic time we understand that sometimes flower preservation doesn’t come to mind. We also leave availability for memorial orders which as a company we wouldn’t turn away. However, we do recommend to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment if your date is fully booked.

Yes, even though we use a high quality resin with UV inhibitors to help delay this reaction, all resin will amber (yellow) over time. If you are concerned about this we recommend adding the coloured background option for the yellowing of the resin to be less noticeable. Care information is also provided with each order as aftercare is so important.

If you plan on posting your flowers to us there are shipping instructions available here for you to follow step by step to ensure your flowers get to us safely and promptly. (Note: We will provide you with our postage address during communications)

Absolutely! We love having a personal relationship with our customers and would love to meet you! Give us a message to arrange a time slot to come to the studio.

Yes, absolutely! We love working with artificial flowers encased In resin to give you a preservation you love. (Note: Unfortunately, if your blooms are already dried or artificial they cannot be pressed.

I do not provide mockups of the design for approval or edits. Keepsakes are designed based on the overall look of the original bouquet or arrangements and are at the discretion of the designers. We have a lot of experience with what works well and what doesn’t. If there are flowers or certain requirements for your preservation you want included, please communicate this upon flower arrival.

Of course, we will give you instructions for how much we will need for the preservation and provide you with postage address.

Yes for sure! We can add personalisation to mostly everything. A fee of £20 will be added for any personalisation.

Yes, we have gift wrapped gift cards available for purchase. Please send us a enquiry on our contact form if you would like to purchase one.

Due to the fragile nature of floral preservation, we do not create custom pieces internationally. However, we have a great network with other artists all over the world who we can recommend.
